Job Summary
TMAsourcing Solutions is recruiting an experienced and proactive Admin/Facility Officer for a fast-paced events company.
The ideal candidate will oversee administrative operations, ensure the smooth running of facilities, manage vendor relations, and provide general support to all departments.
This role requires someone detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the general administrative operations of the office and facility.
Manage vendors and service providers, including cleaners, electricians, technicians, and other facility-related partners.
Ensure the smooth functioning of office infrastructure, utilities, repairs, maintenance, and safety compliance.
Maintain accurate records of office supplies, utilities, and service agreements, ensuring timely renewal or procurement.
Supervise the cleaning and facility maintenance team to ensure high standards of hygiene and workplace readiness.
Monitor and control facility-related budgets and spending; handle requisitions and petty cash.
Organize and archive physical and digital records, ensure up-to-date documentation of assets and maintenance logs.
Prepare and submit routine facility inspection and administrative reports to management.
Ensure all departments are adequately supplied with required materials to function effectively.
Coordinate the logistics of internal meetings, staff needs, and company property use.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the workplace.
Provide general administrative support to HR and other departments as needed.
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree.
3 to 5 years of experience in administration or facility management, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
Effective verbal and written communication skills; comfortable handling internal and external stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
Skilled in negotiating with suppliers and vendors to optimize service quality and cost.
Experience in supervising junior administrative/facility support staff.
Age Requirement: 30 years and above
Must reside within Oshodi, Apapa, or nearby areas.
Benefits
Salary: N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly (based on experience and performance).
Health Insurance(after 6 months of confirmation).
13th Month Bonus.
