Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Front-End Developer to join our development team. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for translating UI/UX designs into functional, responsive, and visually engaging web interfaces using modern front-end technologies. 
• You will work closely with designers, back-end developers, and project stakeholders to build seamless digital experiences that are optimized for speed, accessibility, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Front-End Development:

• Develop responsive, cross-browser, and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.

UI/UX Integration:

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to accurately implement designs, animations, and interactions that reflect the intended user experience.

Code Quality and Optimization:

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Optimize applications for performance, speed, and responsiveness.

API Integration:

• Integrate front-end components with RESTful or GraphQL APIs, and collaborate with back-end developers to ensure seamless data flow and application functionality.

Testing and Debugging:

• Conduct thorough testing of UI components across devices and browsers. Identify and fix bugs and usability issues efficiently.

Version Control and Collaboration:

• Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews to ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.

Accessibility and Compliance:

• Ensure front-end components meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and comply with data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and trends in front-end development. Suggest and implement improvements to front-end processes and workflows.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in front-end web development
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous front-end work (personal or professional projects)

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Familiarity with build tools and bundlers like Webpack, Vite, or Gulp
• Experience with responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)
• Knowledge of CSS pre-processors like SASS/SCSS
• Experience integrating with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript tools (e.g., npm, yarn)
• Experience with Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., GitHub, GitLab)

Preferred Skills (not mandatory):

• Experience with TypeScript
• Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (e.g., Next.js, Nuxt.js)
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Mocha)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Basic knowledge of back-end development or CMS platforms
