We are seeking a highly strategic, results-driven Business Development Manager who will play a critical role in driving high revenue generation across our consultancy business, online professional training institute, and other business ventures.
This individual must operate at a CEO-level mindset, with a sharp ability to identify and seize growth opportunities, generate high-value leads, and implement winning strategies that drive revenue.
The ideal candidate will not only attract new business but also develop and execute strategies that ensure consistent, scalable, and sustainable financial growth across all our ventures, including book sales, consultancy services, and training programs.
Core Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Business Growth:
Develop and implement high-impact revenue generation strategies that drive business growth across multiple verticals.
Identify, pursue, and convert high-value leads into paying clients, ensuring consistent revenue flow.
Design and execute scalable monetisation strategies for consultancy services, online training programs, and book sales.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Leverage various channels to generate and nurture quality leads, including corporate clients, organizations, and individuals.
Develop an automated, systematic lead conversion strategy to maximize engagement and sales.
Establish and manage partnerships with key stakeholders, organizations, and decision-makers to expand client base.
Business Strategy & Market Expansion:
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify untapped revenue opportunities.
Design and implement strategies to scale our online professional training institute, increasing enrollment and profitability.
Identify and establish new business ventures that align with the Director’s overall vision and growth plans.
Sales & Marketing Optimization:
Develop and execute sales funnels that effectively convert leads into paying customers.
Oversee high-impact marketing campaigns tailored to boost revenue from consultancy, training, and book sales.
Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies, ensuring maximum ROI.
Relationship & Partnership Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and institutions.
Negotiate and secure lucrative business deals, sponsorships, and collaborations.
Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and industry forums to drive visibility and sales.
Business Process Optimization:
Streamline business operations to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
Implement systems and automation to enhance lead tracking, client engagement, and revenue reporting.
Optimize pricing models and sales structures for maximum profitability.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Development, Sales / Marketing, or a related field is required.
Key Requirements and Competencies
Strategic Business Acumen:
Proven track record of high-revenue generation and business scaling.
Ability to think and operate at a CEO level, making bold, strategic business decisions.
Strong expertise in business development, revenue modeling, and market expansion.
Sales & Lead Generation Expertise:
Demonstrated ability to consistently generate, convert, and retain high-value leads.

Strong negotiation skills
