Position Summary

• We are seeking an innovative, strategic, and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth. 
• The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our mission to empower businesses in Africa and the Caribbean.
• This role requires a strong blend of leadership, creativity, and analytical thinking to elevate the ACR Consulting brand and amplify our impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global marketing strategy that enhances ACR Consulting’s brand visibility and supports business growth in Africa and the Caribbean.
• Lead, inspire, and manage the marketing team and external partners across digital, content, PR, and event marketing.
• Drive client acquisition through targeted campaigns and lead generation strategies.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content that communicates our value proposition, including thought leadership, white papers, webinars, and newsletters.
• Leverage market research and analytics to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• Build and manage the company’s digital presence, including website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media channels.
• Collaborate with the business development and consulting teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
• Establish KPIs and monitor campaign performance, reporting on ROI and key marketing metrics to executive leadership.
• Represent ACR Consulting at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to strengthen brand positioning.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in consulting, business development, or franchising sectors.
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns across diverse markets.
• Experience working with businesses in Africa and/or the Caribbean is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong digital marketing expertise, including analytics, SEO, content strategy, and CRM tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
