Job Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the team or department, ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
• Set goals, objectives, and KPIs for the team, aligning them with company priorities.
• Supervise and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effective operations and staying within financial constraints.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations and resolve any issues.
• Analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve processes and outcomes.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years experience.
• Must reside within the axis of ago palace way, okota, lagos state.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
