Job Title: Packaging Manager

Job Description

• Oversee all packaging operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
• Develop and implement packaging procedures, materials, and designs that meet product and brand requirements.
• Manage and train packaging staff to meet production goals and maintain high performance.
• Monitor inventory of packaging materials and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Analyze packaging costs and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
• Maintain records and reports related to packaging performance, output, and material usage.

Requirement

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO / B.Sc Degree with 2-3 years work experience.
• Must reside within the axis of Ago Palace Way, Okota, Lagos state.
