Job Description

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to align marketing efforts.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.
• Supervise and mentor marketing team members, fostering professional development and creativity.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 5 years of experience
• Must reside within the axis of ago palace way, okota, lagos state.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
