Job Description & Summary

• In technology delivery at PwC, you will focus on implementing and delivering innovative technology solutions to clients, enabling seamless integration and efficient project execution.
• You will manage the end-to-end delivery process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful technology implementations.

Business Development:

• Support his team to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Automation space to expand the firm's client base.
• Support to implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.

Technical Delivery:

• Oversee the delivery of high-quality automation projects to clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead technical teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain and optimize existing digital platforms already deployed to client environments.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Set clear goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and support.
• Encourage professional development and growth within the team.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience delivering Technology projects to clients.
• Experience in developing complex solutions in C#, .Net Core, Angular, messaging systems like (i.e. Kafka or RabbitMQ).
• Current or previous experience in developing solutions for external client is a must; industry experience is an added advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in digital and AI technologies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
