Job Title: Sales Team Lead - Lead Generation, Inspections & Closures
Locations: Victoria Island (Head Office) and Sangotedo (Site)

About The Role
Emerging Homeland Developments Limited is actively building off-plan residential estates in the Sangotedo axis of Lagos.
We’re looking for a no-excuses Sales Team Lead who can take full ownership of the entire sales funnel, from aggressive lead generation to physical inspections and deal closure.
You will lead a team responsible for sourcing leads through any means necessary, online campaigns, offline outreach, hotel activations, event presence, religious venues, referrals, cold calls, walk-ins, and direct agent engagement. Your job is to turn interest into inspections, and inspections into sales.
Your Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Drive your team to generate high-quality leads from every possible source:
Digital campaigns (in collaboration with the marketing team)
Field activation (churches, events, hotels, expos, etc.)
Agent networks and partnerships
Cold calls, outbound visits, and referrals
Review and direct all lead-gen campaigns with a “whatever-it-takes” mindset
Ensure lead database is organized, tracked, and followed up without fail
Site Inspections:
Ensure every qualified lead is booked for physical inspection at Sangotedo sites
Manage logistics, team coordination, and client readiness for each site tour
Maintain a clean pipeline of leads moving from awareness to inspection to decision
Deal Closure:
Coach your team to follow up diligently, address objections, and close sales
Step in to close deals personally when needed, especially for high-value clients
Maintain conversion metrics and ensure monthly targets are consistently met
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and discipline your sales team when necessary
Set daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, inspections, and closures
Drive performance through accountability, motivation, and professional example
You Must Have
Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, real estate sales, or direct consumer sales (high-ticket preferred)
Proven track record of leading a small sales team and meeting/exceeding targets
Strong understanding of Lagos sales terrain—particularly Ajah-Sangotedo real estate corridor
Experience designing and executing physical and digital lead generation campaigns
Familiarity with CRM systems and WhatsApp-based sales follow-up
Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Hunger for results, not just processes
