Job Summary

• As the MIS Manager, you will lead the organization’s IT systems, data management strategy, and business intelligence initiatives. 
• This role ensures the integrity of data systems, supports decision-making with data-driven insights, and drives operational efficiency through advanced technologies and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and management of the organization's IT and MIS infrastructure and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all systems.
• Design and manage databases, dashboards, ERP systems, and reporting tools, and supervise IT operations, including backups, updates, and cybersecurity.
• Lead the implementation of AI and predictive analytics to enhance business efficiency and develop IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and staff and manage IT vendors, and coordinate the delivery of IT services while driving the automation of reporting processes and data analysis workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Business Analytics, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
• 10+ years in IT/MIS management, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, Excel modeling, and forecasting tools.

Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 monthly Gross.
