We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Description

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies.
• Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational planning across departments.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track progress and drive decision-making.
• Coordinate with teams across functions such as logistics, HR, finance, and customer service.
• Identify operational risks and implement strategies for mitigation and continuous improvement.
• Lead, train, and support staff to meet performance goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 3 years of experience
• Must reside within the axis of ago palace way, okota, lagos state.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
