Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: AMAC, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• Bluenix Paint Manufacturing Limited is seeking a results-driven, creative, and proactive Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and sales strategy, manage a small team, increase revenue, and grow the visibility of our brand across Abuja and surrounding regions. 
• The ideal candidate will bring experience in paint or building materials marketing and should live within close proximity to Dei-Dei Industrial Area, for ease of daily commute and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy tailored to the local and regional market.
• Lead and coordinate a small marketing/sales team toward brand growth and revenue generation.
• Drive brand visibility campaigns, dealer outreach, community activations, and digital promotions.
• Identify and convert leads through project engagement, contractor networks, and retail dealer support.
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
• Design or supervise the creation of compelling marketing materials (flyers, banners, POS displays).
• Oversee and expand the company’s online presence and digital engagement.
• Attend and represent the company at relevant trade shows, expos, and business forums.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within paint, FMCG, or construction sectors.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams, driving sales, and executing promotional campaigns.
• Familiarity with Abuja’s paint or construction markets is a strong advantage.

Location Requirement:

• Candidate must reside within or near Dei-Dei, Kubwa, Dutse, Zuba, or other accessible areas in Bwari or Abuja Municipal.
• Daily presence at the factory and occasional field visits are required.

Reporting Line:

• Reports to the Managing Director
• Works closely with Sales, Production, and Administration Teams.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: N200,000  - N250,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Commission: Performance-based commission on sales and marketing results
