Job Description

• The Human Resource Officer will support the HR department in ensuring smooth and effective HR functions. 
• This role involves a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR policy implementation. 
• The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and up to date with HR best practices and labour legislation.

Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years and Maximum of 4 years of experience.
