Job Summary

• Do you define vision, build strategy, and thrive on execution in complex environments?
• As Head of Product at Sabi, you’ll lead the full product function—defining and driving the company’s product strategy across all platforms and solutions.
• You’ll translate company objectives into scalable product initiatives, build and mentor a high-performing team, and champion user-focused innovation.
• This is a company-wide leadership role that combines business acumen with deep product thinking to unlock growth and deliver global impact. 

What you will be Doing

• Define and execute the company-wide product strategy in line with business and growth objectives 
• Oversee the entire product portfolio—from traceability and finance to marketplace and infrastructure tools 
• Lead and coach the Product team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and executional excellence 
• Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, and Design leads to deliver best-in-class digital experiences 
• Establish and scale product processes, governance models, and performance metrics 
• Engage executive stakeholders to align product roadmaps with strategic priorities 
• Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to shape product vision 
• Own outcomes—ensuring products are delivered on time, on spec, and with measurable impact 

Requirements
Special Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of product leadership experience in high-growth B2B or tech environments 
• Proven success in building platforms and scaling teams across geographies 
• Strong track record of leading product strategy and translating it into impactful execution 
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, including working with engineering, design, and commercial teams 
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, metrics, and agile development 
• Experience operating in emerging markets or complex supply chain ecosystems is a plus 
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
