Events by Claud is a dynamic and innovative event management company that specializes in creating unforgettable experiences through meticulously planned corporate, social, and cultural events. We are seeking a results-driven and highly organized Project Manager to lead event projects from ideation to execution.

Job Summary

• The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-profile events. 
• This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of events from concept through completion.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics, marketing) and external vendors.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and checklists.
• Track and report on project performance, budgets, and deliverables.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, insurance, and legal requirements.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in event or project management, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
• Budget management experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience managing large-scale or international events.
• Familiarity with event registration platforms and CRM tools.
