We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Franchise Expansion Lead

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Ijora - Lagos, Abia, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Enugu, Imo, Lagos, Ogun and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-Time
Industry: FMCG
Reporting To: Regional Expansion Manager
Travel Requirement: Yes – frequent regional travel required

Key Responsibilities
Franchise Expansion:

• Identify and onboard new franchise partners in line with OmniHub’s growth strategy.
• Evaluate and recommend high-potential locations across target markets.
• Documentation followed by required deposit and on-boarding.

Market Research & Planning:

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide expansion decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic growth plans.

Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and franchise partners.
• Foster strong, trust-based relationships and ensure partner satisfaction.

Reporting & Communication:

• Provide regular updates and strategic insights to management.
• Maintain accurate records of franchise operations and partner feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA is a plus)
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in franchise management, business development or working with real estate leasing firms, experience within the FMCG industry will be plus
• Demonstrated success in scaling franchise operations or retail networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and performance tracking systems.
• Willingness to travel regionally for site visits and franchise support.
