Job Title: SAP Integration Lead

Description
Integration Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and management of integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP integration tools, middleware, and best practices, with a focus on ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
This role involves leading a team of integration specialists, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the strategic direction of integration initiatives to support business objectives.
The SAP Integration Lead will play a critical role in enabling end-to-end business processes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Strategy and Leadership:
Define and implement the organization’s SAP integration strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
Lead and manage the SAP integration team, ensuring the successful delivery of integration solutions.
Align integration initiatives with business goals and IT architecture standards.
Integration Design and Implementation:
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of SAP integration solutions using middleware tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
Ensure seamless integration between SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM/SF)
Manage integration scenarios such as A2A (Application-to-Application), B2B (Business-to-Business), and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
Technical Expertise:
Utilize SAP integration tools and technologies to develop and maintain integration flows, mappings, and interfaces.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integration systems.
Stay updated on the latest SAP integration trends, tools, and best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver integration solutions.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate users on integration processes and tools.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of integration strategies with business goals.
Project Management:
Lead end-to-end integration projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for integration initiatives.
Data Governance and Quality:
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across integrated systems.
Monitor and improve data quality through regular audits and validation activities.
Resolve data-related issues and provide root cause analysis.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the integration landscape.
Recommend and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
SAP integration certification (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration) is highly desirable.
Experience:
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP integration, with a focus on leading integration initiatives.
Proven experience in implementing and managing SAP integration solutions in large-scale organizations.
Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, HCM/SF) and their integration points.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SAP integration tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its implications for integration.
Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and API management.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with non-SAP systems and their integration with SAP.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and their impact on integration.
Experience in Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
Work Environment:
This role may require occasional travel to other company locations or SAP events.
