Job Title: Head of School (Creche to Primary)

Location: Alimosho, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and charismatic leader to head our school, encompassing creche, nursery, kindergarten, and primary classes. 
• The successful candidate must possess a firm personality, excellent marketing skills, and the ability to make informed decisions. 
• As the Head of School, you will be responsible for leading and managing the school, driving growth, and ensuring academic excellence across all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the school team across all levels
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the school, increase enrollment, and build a strong reputation in the community
• Create and maintain a positive image of the school through various marketing channels, including social media, events, and community outreach
• Build and maintain relationships with parents, staff, and the community
• Make informed decisions on curriculum development, staffing, and resource allocation
• Manage and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and academic standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field with PGDE
• Proven experience in heading a school with creche, nursery, kindergarten, and primary classes
• Excellent marketing and communication skills
• Firm and decisive leadership style with ability to manage staff effectively
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to think strategically and drive growth
• Strong organizational and time management skills
