About the Role

• We are seeking a versatile and experienced HR Consultant to join our Management Consulting team.
• This full-time, hybrid role includes serving as an embedded HR Business Partner (HRBP) at a client site, providing strategic and operational HR support.
• You will also contribute to other internal and external HR consulting engagements. 
• The ideal candidate is a versatile HR generalist with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
On-Site HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR contact for the client, supporting day-to-day HR operations.
• Collaborate with client leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and organizational development initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning and learning & development efforts.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and deliver periodic HR reports and insights to client stakeholders.

Consulting Support Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of HR strategies for other client engagements.
• Assist in crafting HR policies, employee handbooks, job descriptions, and training content.
• Contribute to talent management, organizational design, and process improvement projects.
• Conduct research, analyze HR data, and help develop high-quality deliverables.
• Travel to client locations when required to support project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1 year in a client-facing or consulting capacity.
• Strong knowledge of core HR functions, employment law, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is a strong advantage.
