We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role and Responsibilities

• Providing expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of matters, specifically focusing on property law.
• Managing and overseeing litigation processes, both proactively and reactively.
• Ensuring the company's adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements and contracts.
• Conducting legal research and providing insightful analysis on legal issues.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across different departments.
• Staying up to date on changes in relevant legislation and industry best practices.
• Potentially managing external legal counsel when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Proven expertise in property law, litigation management, compliance frameworks, and agreement review.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.
