We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Marketing

Location: Shiun / Abeokuta / Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: General Manager

Job Summary

• Promote company properties and services to attract clients and close deals.
• The Chief Marketer leads the marketing team to promote Adekunle Ajayi and Company’s services and brand. 
• This role focuses on developing marketing strategies, driving client acquisition, and enhancing market presence in Ogun State and beyond.

Key Duties

• Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify client needs and competitive trends.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Oversee content creation, branding, and promotional materials.
• Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Build relationships with media, partners, and industry influencers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proximity to Shiun / Abeokuta / Sagamu would be an added advantage.
