We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager

Location: Shiun / Abeokuta / Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: CEO

Role Summary

• Manages daily operations, coordinates departments, and ensures execution of company strategies.

Job Description

• The General Manager oversees the overall operations of Adekunle Ajayi and Company, ensuring strategic goals are met, resources are efficiently utilized, and all departments function cohesively. 
• This role involves leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement to drive organizational success.

Key Duties

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives.
• Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.
• Lead, motivate, and develop senior staff to achieve departmental goals.
• Represent the company in negotiations, partnerships, and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and report progress to the board or ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of managerial experience in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
• Knowledge of local business regulations and market trends.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 / month.
