Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand's objectives and resonates with our target audience
Creating engaging content across all social media platforms including instagram, whatsapp and other digital platforms.
Create and curate high quality content (images, video, graphics, copy) tailored to each platform’s audience.
Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, audience preferences, and content best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content creation and distribution
Analyze content performance and adjust strategy to optimize results
Stay ahead of the curve on emerging platforms and trends to identify new opportunities for content creation and distribution
Qualifications / Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree.
Must own an iPhone with a good camera (iPhone 11 or higher preferred).
2 - 3 years of proven experience in content creation.
Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube best practices and algorithms.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media scheduling tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, InShot, or equivalent.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.
Strong creative portfolio or examples of previous content creation work show casing photography, video editing, and social media campaigns Portfolio.
Soft Skills:
Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas.
Writing and storytelling: Strong writing and storytelling skills to craft compelling content.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and engage with the audience.
Time management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Technical Skills:

N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
