Job Title: Art / Creative Associate

Location: Lagos

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements, target audience, and objectives to ensure the visual materials effectively communicate the desired message.
• Develop creative and impactful visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for both print and digital media, including but not limited to: brand collateral, newspaper formatting, social media graphics, website visuals, presentations and many more.
• Produce high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all communication channels.
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs, considering user experience and mobile responsiveness.
• Design appealing presentation proposals for clients/briefs
• Design eye-catching and engaging social media content that captures attention and encourages interaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work closely with the staff of other departments in providing creative input and actively participate in brainstorming sessions on new business pitches as required
• Perform any other reasonable task assigned by your line Manager or the Management in advancement of company goals.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4-5 years work experience.
