General Job Description

Have a thorough knowledge of products we stock and their location in the store, know which ones are fast lines and which are slow sellers. Take note of products we don’t stock but customers are requesting for and promptly inform the branch head or assistant branch head.
Also responsible for the inventory in the store. Cross-check all non-drug items brought into the store and confirm them with a signature on all receiving vouchers. Report all inaccuracies in products received to the branch head or assistant branch head promptly.
Professional approach in attending to patients and understanding their conditions to help in recommending medications.
Monitoring the expiration date of all inventory and close-dated products and reporting promptly to the branch head / assistant branch head for immediate action.

Ensuring the shelves and products (the whole store) are properly cleaned and arranged according to shelf appeal rules.
Manage and supervise the cleaners, Merchandiser, and security in the store to ensure they carry out all their tasks with excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting the Pharmacist in the performance of their duties.
Prescribing and dispensing medications accurately and ensuring all dosages are correct.
Adequate patient counseling and efficiently attending to customer needs and requests following the standards detailed by The Mopheth experience.
Monitoring blood pressure, cholesterol levels and other health checks whenever the need arises.
Efficiently writing all out-of-stock products for all departments within the store and meeting the submission deadline.
Responsible for the inventory in the store. Cross check all items brought into the store and confirm them with a signature on all receiving vouchers. Report all inaccuracies in products received to the branch head or assistant branch head.
Monitoring the expiration date of all inventory and close dated products reported promptly to the branch head / assistant branch head for immediate action.
Ensuring the shelves and products (the whole store) are properly cleaned and arranged according to shelf appeal rules.
Sell at Least 10 supplements per day and submit reports on this sales target daily.
Responsible for every activity that occurs in the store and promptly reporting any activity of importance and relevance to the branch head or assistant branch head. Manage and supervise the Shop attendants in the store to ensure they carry out all their regular tasks and any other assigned tasks.
Complete sales transactions and ensure the POS, direct deposits and Cash amounts are balanced at the end of their shift.
Ensure minimal or no situations leading to a refund/exchange by following the sales process and in such rare cases it occurs, a report is made and handled properly by the branch head immediately.
Making two branch presentations per week on topics assigned by the branch head and assistant branch head, and clinical meeting presentations when informed by the clinical meeting coordinator.
Responsible for weekly requisition of store needs such as cleaning materials, stationery for store use, nylons, and print rolls.
Adhering to rules and policies set by the organization. Completing tasks and assignments set by the Branch Head and Assistant Branch Head.
Punctual attendance at all clinical meetings.
Key Performance Indicators
These are checked by branch heads every 3 months.

Positivity- Serves to measure mindset towards workload, target meeting for both sales and supplements sold, performing tasks assigned excellently and without complaints or excuses, and cooperation with the branch head.
Adherence to all Organization rules and policies.
Discipline - level of discipline displayed on the job.
Store Responsibility: measures if the store is always clean and properly arranged during the shift and at handover. If there are no issues on the shift, and how promptly issues are handled and reported to the appropriate head. Also measures how staff manage/maintain the company’s property and prevent deterioration/damage. Ability to properly confirm items, be vigilant about stock, report discrepancies promptly and efficiently write out of stock. How well are the cleaners being managed and supervised?
Problem solving:
Critical thinking skills - ability to proffer a solution to issues that may arise
Observation - how observant is the individual to the happenings in the store.
Product knowledge - knowledge of the products we have in stock and their location in the store.
Relationship:
Customer relationship - measures customers' reviews. Positive reviews, no reviews or negative reviews (complaints) from customers show if the staff is meeting the Mopheth experience standards.
Staff relationship- relationship with co-workers and managerial staff.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / BSc in relevant fields with 0 - 1 year work experience.
Salary
N120,000 monthly.
