We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Facility Coordinator
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day facility operations across all locations.
Supervise external service providers including security personnel, janitorial staff, electricians, plumbers, painters, and maintenance contractors.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and safety standards are upheld.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and prolong the lifespan of equipment and assets.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks with minimal disruption to operations.
Monitor utility consumption and recommend energy-saving strategies.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, service contracts, inventory of tools, and spare parts.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and escalate hazards or risks as needed.
Liaise with store managers to address specific location needs and ensure facilities support daily operations effectively.
Prepare budgets and monitor expenditures related to facilities management.
Prepare and present monthly reportsto senior management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Your performance will be assessed every 3 months with the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) taken into consideration:
Preventive Maintenance Completion Rate:
Target: 95% of scheduled tasks completed on time:
Maintain and update a preventive maintenance calendar.
Track and ensure completion of recurring inspections and servicing.
Reduce the number of unplanned repairs by proactive interventions.
Facility Downtime / Repair Turnaround Time
Target: Complete 90% of repairs within 24–48 hours
Prioritize and respond quickly to repair requests.
Monitor time from issue report to resolution across all sites.
Minimize operational disruptions due to facility-related issues.
Vendor & Contractor Performance:
Target: 90%+ of services delivered as per SLA:
Regularly evaluate service quality of security, cleaning, and technical vendors.
Maintain updated contracts and enforce performance standards.
Resolve vendor-related issues promptly and document escalations.
Budget Adherence:
Target: Stay within 95–100% of the approved facilities budget:
Track spending against forecasted maintenance and service costs.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Justify variances and seek approval for any overages.
Ensure stores meet hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Conduct regular site visits and surprise checks.
Address deficiencies with corrective actions.

Requirements
The candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 3 years work experience.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
