Job Description

• You are a Senior Product Designer who wants to move closer to product management.
• You are not just looking for a “design task” role. You want to think, solve, lead, and shape outcomes.
• You care deeply about how your work impacts the user and the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire design process for features and products, from concept to shipping.
• Work closely with product managers to shape strategy, define problems, and design for outcomes.
• Partner with engineers to ensure product experiences are delivered as intended.
• Talk to customers to understand their needs and test your solutions.
• Review product usage data regularly and make recommendations based on insight.
• Improve the visual consistency, clarity, and usability of our platform.
• Help build a strong design culture where clarity, feedback, and product ownership are valued.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products.
• A strong desire to grow beyond visual or interface design and participate in product definition, research, iteration, and decision-making.
• Experience working closely with product managers, engineers, and customers to shape product direction.
• A personal portfolio that shows a clear process from idea to execution, with user impact.
• Excellent written communication. You must be able to explain your design decisions and product thinking clearly.
• Proven ability to use data, interviews, and experiments to inform your work.
• Strong attention to detail and care for usability, especially in mobile-first design.
• Interest in business problems. You enjoy solving real customer pain, not just crafting screens.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment or early-stage company.
• You must want to take ownership, be accountable, and contribute beyond your design scope.
