Job Title: Digital Marketing / Content Creation Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative, driven, and highly organized Digital/social media content managerto join our team. 
• You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging content across all digital platforms to grow our brand, drive traffic, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies for social media, email marketing, blogs, and web platforms.
• Plan monthly content calendars tailored to medspa services and promotions.
• Create visually appealing and brand-aligned graphics, videos, and written content.
• Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Respond to comments and DMs professionally and in a timely manner.
• Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with the clinical and front desk team to capture real-time content.
• Run paid social media ad campaigns and report on performance.
• Stay current on industry trends, hashtags, and platform updates.
• Create and manage newsletters and email marketing campaigns.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with a strong portfolio).
• 2+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing (preferably in the beauty, wellness, or medspa industry).
• Proven track record of managing successful social media pages with strong growth and engagement metrics.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, basic website management, and email marketing (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong eye for design and aesthetics in the beauty/wellness industry.
• Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.

Other Requirements:

• Portfolio or links to previous work (social pages, reels, graphics, etc.).
• Must reside in Abuja and be available for on-site content creation.
• Strong understanding of medspa or aesthetic services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
