Job Description

• The role of an HR advisor or consultant depends heavily on what your clients need at the moment, and it is ever-evolving, so consistent career development is more than necessary to help you work optimally.
• In general, it is the job of human resources advisors or consultants to provide solutions and deliver the full spectrum of the HRM fundamentals thus they are said to wear many hats.

Some other Job Responsibilities 

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-executive and C-suite level positions, from initial brief to offer negotiation and placement.
• Provide consultation and guidance to management in the interpretation of human resource management policies and solutions viz a viz training requirements and learning programs among others for our clients.
• Develop and implement effective search strategies utilizing various channels, including direct sourcing, networking, database mining, and industry contacts.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including behavioral and competency-based interviews, to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop a deep understanding of client organizations, their industry, and their strategic talent needs and come up with proposals, strategic documents and road-map among others.
• Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on the progress of assignments.
• Conduct research through learned and applied methods like surveys and data collection with the purpose of finding the cause of a problematic situation.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to become a trusted partner in decision making and implementation.
• Deliver classroom-based and virtual instructor led training for broad range of participants.

Education, Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, HR or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, OD or administration roles.
• Must have worked in a consulting capacity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong project management skills and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivation and self-driven.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Good interpersonal relationship.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary – N450,000 – N500,000.00/monthly net
• Paid Vacation (20 days) excluding Exams leave
• Profit Sharing

• Learning & Development – 2 per year (cap on min fee)
• Quarterly Bonus
