Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director.
• Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the MD.
• Organize and coordinate events, presentations, and projects.
• Draft reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Ensure efficient communication within the organization and with external partners.
• Take notes during meetings and follow up on action items.
• Assist in managing the MD’s social media presence and personal branding.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant role or similar administrative position.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
• Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and manage confidential information.
• A positive attitude and high level of discretion.
• Proximity to Lagos is an added advantage.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
