Job Title: Estate Surveyor / Valuer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• Responsible for valuing, managing, and developing real estate properties, ensuring accurate assessments and optimal property use.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and inspections
• Manage leases, rent collection, and tenancy agreements
• Advise on property investment and development
• Prepare reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with property laws and standards

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Estate Management or a related field
• Registered with ESVARBON (preferred)
• Good knowledge of property valuation and laws
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
