Job Title: Chef (Calabar Kitchen)

Job Summary

• Prepare and cook authentic Calabar dishes with high-quality and hygiene standards to satisfy customer tastes and promote local cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of Calabar meals (e.g., Afang, Edikang Ikong, Afia Efere).
• Maintain cleanliness and kitchen hygiene.
• Manage food stock and kitchen supplies.
• Ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Innovate and update menu items as needed.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field.
• Proven experience in Calabar or Nigerian local cuisine.
• Ability to cook in large quantities.
• Neat, disciplined, and hardworking.
• Passionate about traditional food and presentation.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 / Month.
