Job Summary

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

• Co-create Instagram & YouTube content from our calendar
• Assist in designing graphics, reels, and carousels
• Help shape and share the Workties brand online
• Support lead generation campaigns and community engagement
• Receive hands-on training in branding, content marketing, and personal development
• Be part of a purpose-driven team making work life better for others

Requirements
You’re a great fit if you:

• Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 years of experience.
• Are between 25 - 30 years old
• Have basic to intermediate design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Are creative with words - captions, storytelling, scripting
• Love creating content for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Understand or want to learn lead generation and community building
• Are willing to learn fast, take feedback, and try again
• Thrive in flexible, hybrid work setups
• Are passionate about growth, people, and purpose-driven work.
