We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Manager (GM) 

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (with international presence across UK, US, Canada)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting to: Board of Directors

About the Role

• We are seeking an accomplished and visionary General Manager to lead SHS in achieving its strategic objectives and expanding its global footprint. 
• The GM will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, ensuring sustainable growth, fostering innovation, and maintaining our commitment to service excellence in IT and smart solutions for the hospitality and business sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic direction and operational leadership to ensure the company's mission and vision are realized.
• Drive business growth and market expansion in both domestic and international markets (UK, US, Canada).
• Oversee financial performance, budget management, and resource allocation to optimize profitability and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IT experts and engineers.
• Ensure the delivery of cutting-edge and bespoke IT and smart solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
• Foster a culture of innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the IT, technology, or hospitality solutions industry.
• Strong understanding of IT and smart solutions, including network infrastructure, software solutions (PMS, POS, HRM), security, and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business development, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N4,800,000 - N12,000,000 annually.
