Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled and innovative Female Social Media Manager to develop and execute our social media strategy.
• The ideal candidate will create compelling content, manage our online presence, and drive engagement to promote our real estate projects and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos) for platforms such as Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
• Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote properties, events, and company initiatives.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics) and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay updated on real estate industry trends and incorporate relevant themes into content.
• Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• At least 2 - 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or related industries.
• Female candidate, aged 22 - 35 years.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar) and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative storytelling.
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and terminology is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must reside in or around Lekki, Lagos, for ease of commuting.
