The Hospital Marketing & Referral Liaison Officer will be responsible for promoting the hospital's services across various states, engaging with healthcare professionals to foster referral relationships, and enhancing the hospital's online presence through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
The role requires a deep understanding of hospital services marketing and the ability to communicate effectively with medical consultants and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing & Outreach:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hospital's services in targeted regions.
Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to present the hospital's offerings and establish referral networks.
Organize and participate in health fairs, medical conferences, and community outreach programs to increase brand awareness.
Consultant Engagement & Referral Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with medical consultants and specialists to encourage patient referrals.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless referral processes and patient admissions.
Provide regular updates and feedback to consultants regarding referred patients and treatment outcomes.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence:
Manage the hospital's digital platforms, including the website and social media channels, to ensure up-to-date and engaging content.
Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to promote specific services, health packages, and hospital events.
Monitor online feedback and reviews, addressing concerns promptly to maintain a positive online reputation.
Service Promotion Based on Hospital Offerings:
Given ABUAD Multi-System Hospital's extensive services, the officer will focus on promoting:
Advanced Diagnostic Services: CT Scan, MRI, X-Ray, Ultrasound (2D, 3D, 4D), and modern laboratory tests.
Specialized Clinics: Cardiac Services, Pediatric Clinic, Dental Clinic, Intensive Care Unit, and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
Surgical Services: Including recent advancements like kidney transplants and laparoscopic procedures .
Community Health Initiatives: Free antenatal care, immunization services for children under five, and discounted surgical services for conditions like goitre and hernia. Reporting & Analysis:
Track and report on marketing activities, referral patterns, and campaign effectiveness.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on hospital services.
Proven track record in developing and managing referral networks.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively as required.
