Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated software/AI developer to join our team.
The Ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development and an understanding of software development, artificial intelligence & machine learning algorithms.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that integrate AI and machine learning algorithms to solve complex process and business problems.
Responsibilities
General Software Development:
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Implement application features according to specifications.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions.
Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs.
Collaborate with designers, analysts, and other developers.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
Ensure code quality and adherence to development standards.
ServiceNow Development:
Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business requirements.
Write and maintain server-side and client scripts (eg, Business Rules, UI Actions, Script Includes, Client Scripts) to automate processes and enhance system functionality.
Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications using APIs, web services and middleware.
Customize and develop ServiceNow portals, dashboards and reports to improve the user experience.
Conduct unit testing, system testing, and resolve issues related to system functionality, integrations, or performance.
Quality Assurance:
Perform various testing types: functional, integration, performance, and regression.
Ensure defects are resolved.
Ensure the application meets quality standards before release.
Support:
Provide end-user support and troubleshoot application issues.
Document and escalate issues to the relevant teams.
Assist in training users on new features and functionalities.
Gather user feedback to inform future improvements
Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and inquiries.
Qualifications
Degree holder in Computer Science or related fields
4+ years in Software Engineering and development.
