Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Secretary to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our company. 
• The ideal candidate will ensure office activities run smoothly and in compliance with company policies. 
• A background or understanding of music and sound production is an added advantage, as it will support our creative team and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate office activities and operations to promote efficiency and compliance with internal policies.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages.
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping tasks in collaboration with the finance team.
• Maintain and update company records and databases, including personnel, financial, and project data.
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and equipment; initiate procurement processes when needed.
• Prepare timely reports, proposals, and presentations as assigned by management.
• Assist with logistics and documentation for projects involving music and sound production.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in administrative roles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office equipment.
• Basic knowledge or experience in music and sound production is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
