Job Title: Sales Business Development Executive

Job Summary

• We’re looking for energetic, persuasive, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Business Development Executives.
• You will go into local markets, malls, and business areas to recruit sellers onto the Buybea platform.

What You'll Do (Daily To-Dos)

• Walk into shops, kiosks, open markets, and malls to pitch Buybea to sellers
• Convince at least 5 sellers DAILY to sign up
• Follow up to make sure sellers upload products and start selling
• Keep proper records of sellers approached, signed, and activated
• Report daily to your Team Lead with evidence of work done (forms, screenshots, signups)
• Educate sellers on how to use the platform and track their activity
• Represent Buybea with energy, professionalism, and resilience

KPIs & Strict Targets:

• Minimum Sellers Per Week: 50 active signups
• Minimum Sellers Per Month: 250 Above
• Active Sellers (listing + product uploads): 75% of signups
• Weekly Activity Report: Mandatory
• Seller churn below: 15%
• Strike rule: If you miss 2 weeks of targets in a row, review or replacement.

What You Must Have

• Street smarts and hunger for results
• Proven sales, field marketing, or POS experience
• A smartphone, a working bank account, and the ability to move around easily
• Confidence and thick skin (you’ll hear “no” a lot)
• Respect for deadlines, follow-up, and weekly accountability

Compensation Structure

• Base Salary: N50,000 - N200,000/ month (non-negotiable)
• Commission: N50 per active seller onboarded
• Monthly Bonus:
  • 1000 Sellers = N25,000 bonus
  • 500 Sellers = N10,000 bonus
• Transport /Data Allowance: N10,000 (based on proof of fieldwork)
• Performance Incentives: Airtime, branded items, Mobile data
• Total earning potential: N150,000 - N200,000 month (if you perform).
