Job Title: Waitress

Location: Gaduwa, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• The Waitress is responsible for taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• She must be courteous, efficient, and attentive to guests’ needs at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
• Present menus and explain daily specials
• Take accurate food and drink orders
• Serve meals and beverages professionally and promptly
• Check on customers regularly and respond to their needs
• Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset tables after use
• Process bills and handle cash or card payments
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Report any customer complaints or issues to the supervisor
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 - 3 years work experience.
• Previous experience as a waitress or in customer service is an advantage
• Friendly, polite, and well-groomed appearance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Basic math skills for handling payments
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
