It has carried out service rendering duties in various states of Nigeria and within the ever bustling business environment of Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Clerical Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job brief

  • We are looking for a competent Clerical Officer to perform various administrative and clerical tasks in support to our office administrative running. 
  • You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing and answering the phone to basic bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate and organized files, records, and documents.
  • Inputting data into databases, spreadsheets, and electronic filing systems.
  • Answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling mail.
  • Handling tasks like photocopying, scanning, and printing.
  • Supporting line managers and colleagues, coordinating meetings, and managing appointments.
  • Providing assistance to customers and colleagues, either directly or through phone or email.
  • Utilizing various software programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Assist in making travel arrangements and booking venues for conferences and events.
  • Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages.
  • Take minutes of meetings and dictations.
  • Perform other office duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills

  • Must possess BSc Degree / HND in relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Working knowledge of office devices and processes.
  • A fast typist with knowledge in stenography and taking dictations
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and suits.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
