Functions
Strategic HR Management:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Partner with executives to create functional people plans that enhance employee experiences and support organizational goals.
Build and maintain a strong, high-performance culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission.
Deliver a structured recruitment process to hire top talent within defined timelines.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
Oversee the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
Support current and future business needs through employee engagement, motivation, and talent preservation.
Performance & Development:
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system to drive high performance and employee growth.
Assess training needs, design, and implement effective training and development programs.
Develop career progression frameworks and nurture opportunities for employee advancement.
Work with People’s Operations Executives for strategic oversight and hands-on management across all HR disciplines.
Regularly review and adjust key performance indicators (KPIs) to align with business objectives.
Develop leadership programs to nurture future leaders within the organization.
Employee Relations & Culture:
Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
Foster a positive working environment and ensure effective internal communication to promote collaboration.
Own and manage internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
Rewards & Benefits:
Maintain and manage the company’s pay plans, reward systems, and benefits programs.
Ensure competitive and fair compensation strategies that drive retention and employee satisfaction.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure legal compliance across all aspects of HR, including employment law, safety standards, and GDPR.
Report HR metrics to senior leadership and provide decision support through data-driven insights.
Develop and monitor HR systems, tactics, and procedures for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. An advanced degree or certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to execute operationally.
Proficiency in HR software and metrics-driven decision-making.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to foster strong relationships.
Additional Attributes:
A passion for travel and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Knowledge of global travel destinations and visa requirements is an advantage.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
