Job Title: Brand Manager

Location: Victoria Island / Anthony Village, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
Start Date: 1st week in June, 2025

Role Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to elevate our client'sbrand presence across Africa and beyond.
• The ideal candidate must be an innovative thinker with strong experience in brand storytelling, content planning, customer engagement, and campaign execution.
• You will work directly with top management to craft a brand voice that aligns with our values and visual standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to position the company as a premium, disruptive, and aspirational brand.
• Oversee brand consistency across all customer touchpoints: social media, packaging, campaigns, PR, and collaborations.
• Work closely with the Content Team to develop storytelling-based visuals and messaging.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine brand messaging and positioning.
• Plan and manage brand campaigns, influencer collaborations, seasonal themes, and partnership activations.
• Guide creative direction for design assets, photo shoots, event branding, and digital content.
• Evaluate brand performance using metrics and analytics, and suggest improvements.
• Represent the brand at key events, expos, and trade shows.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Branding, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in design, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail brands.
• Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility; must understand premium branding.
• Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
• Proficient in social media management and basic tools like Canva, Meta Suite, Google Workspace.
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Passion for design, floristry, art, or creative industries is a strong advantage.

Remuneration

• Salary: Salary: N2000,000 - N250,000 monthly (depending on experience and performance)
