Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

Duties

• Collaborate with the MD in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs
• Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed
• Aggressively manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitability
• Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
• Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes
• Champion the execution of the corporate strategy at the Operation level; Demonstrate ownership for the definition of the Operation’s strategy and ensure alignment with the corporate strategy.
• Prepare the annual budgets and prudently monitor and manage the resources within the budgetary provision.
• Oversee the conduct of in-depth research, assessment and analysis and benchmark the management strategies against other major players in view of industry and economic realities in order to ensure maintenance and improvement of organisational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in executive leadership positions
• Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
• Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
• A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
• Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
