Job Summary

• We are seeking elegant, confident, and service-oriented waitresses to join our team at a premium hospitality establishment.
• The ideal candidates will serve as the face of our brand, ensuring guests receive impeccable service in an upscale, vibrant environment. A polished appearance and professional demeanor are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
• Handle guest requests and complaints with discretion and grace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to maintain seamless service.
• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Minimum height: 5ft 8in (173 cm).
• Well-groomed, presentable, and able to meet the brand’s visual and professional standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain on your feet for long periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A team player with a friendly and composed attitude under pressure.

Preferred Qualities:

• Poised and confident in high-end service environments.
• Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to carry trays and multitask efficiently.
• Strong sense of personal style and hygiene.
