Job Title: Executive Operations Partner (Project Manager Disguised as a Personal Assistant)

Location: Lagos (Remote - Africa/U.S. preferred timezone overlap)

Description

  • She's not looking for help - we are looking for a second brain who can run with the vision and handle what doesn’t require her genius.

About the Role

  • This is not your average personal assistant role. You’ll be managing the CEO’s calendar like it’s a presidential itinerary, triaging priorities like a war room strategist, and executing daily tasks like a launch project manager.
  • You’re the person who walks in, looks around at the chaos, and says, “Got it.”

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and day-to-day logistics with zero dropped balls
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Monitor active projects and follow up with team members to ensure timelines are being met
  • Draft executive-level correspondence, summarize meeting notes, and follow through on next steps
  • Handle both business and personal life admin with care and discretion
  • Document processes and help build scalable systems
  • Create and send end-of-day reports with status updates, risks, and highlights.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

  • The CEO never needs to double-check your work
  • You fix issues before they become fires
  • You build systems, not to-do lists
  • You become the go-to gatekeeper of order, access, and execution.

Requirements

  • Canidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years experience supporting C-level executives or project management in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Mastery of task/project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
  • Crystal clear communication, both written and verbal
  • High emotional intelligence (you can read a room even over Zoom)
  • Ironclad integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong tech literacy (Google Workspace, Zoom, CRMs, and more)
  • Fast, reliable internet and availability across African/U.S. time zones.

This Role is for You If:

  • You live inside tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
  • You’re obsessed with order, timelines, and triple-checking details
  • You write emails like a boss and Slack like a queen
  • You notice when a meeting is missing from a calendar, and you fix it before it causes a fire
  • You escalate issues fast and own your zone without waiting for permission
  • You understand discretion—what happens inside the business stays inside
  • You anticipate needs before they’re spoken
  • You thrive behind the scenes, but execute like you’re on stage.

Bonus if You:

  • Have experience in coaching, consulting, or service-based businesses
  • Understand fashion, lifestyle, and personal brand management
  • Speak French (not required, but a plus).

Salary
N200,000 / Month to higher offers possible based on experience and demonstrated initiative.
