We are a virtual leadership academy for African girls (ages 13–18) who are ready to discover their voice, build something real, and become women who lead. This is not reform. This is a replacement. We don’t fix broken systems - we raise girls to outlast them. Launching January 2026, our company is a 5-month experience rooted in cultural pride, confidence, and real-world project creation. Every girl leaves with a completed project, a mentor, and the proof that she can build a legacy right where she is. We are based in vision, built in soul, and committed to excellence.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Founding Program Architect & Community Builder
Our company is launching its first-ever cohort in January 2026, and we’re looking for the founding team member who will help make it real.
This is for the woman who’s been waiting for a chance to build something sacred and scalable, from the ground up.
Your Role
You will be the heartbeat of the launch.
Not just running logistics, building infrastructure.
Not just supporting the dream, but driving the initiative.
What You’ll Do
Lead Outreach & Community Building:
Identify, pitch, and partner with schools, principals, teachers, youth organisations, and parents to recruit girls for the first cohort
Represent Outlast at events, conferences, and in local communities
Lead grassroots “Nominate a Girl” and mentor acquisition campaigns
Build and maintain a growing database of aligned partners, mentors, and supporters
Design & Manage Program Infrastructure:
Build the 5-month program calendar with clear weekly and monthly milestones
Create student and mentor onboarding systems, SOPs, and templates
Set up and manage all operational tools: Zoom, Airtable, Google Drive, WhatsApp groups
Coordinate weekly mentor check-ins and student support logistics
Protect the Vision + Capture the Story:
Document all key learnings, outcomes, challenges, and stories during the pilot
Collect voice notes, testimonials, and student reflections for future campaigns
Build the internal playbook so Outlast can scale with soul
Track success metrics and work closely with Sandra to refine the experience
Who You Are
A connector - you love people, pitch naturally, and make partnerships happen
A builder - you’ve launched something before and know how to lead with imperfect clarity
A systems thinker - you love process, progress tracking, and building order from vision
A purpose-led powerhouse - you believe deeply in girls, voice, culture, and equity
A self-led leader - you don’t wait for instructions, you show up with answers and initiative
Must-Haves:
You’ve managed or launched a program, campaign, or initiative that helped people
You’ve worked with youth, women, or mission-led organisations
You’re fluent in Airtable, Google Suite, Zoom, and WhatsApp or learn fast
You’re able to travel locally or internationally if needed
You can pitch, partner, and project-manage sometimes all in the same day
You have exceptional communication, relationship, and organisational skills
Do Not Apply If:
You need everything built for you
You get overwhelmed when things aren’t “figured out yet”
You’re looking for a quiet, behind-the-scenes admin role
You aren’t passionate about equity, African girls, or cultural legacy
You’re allergic to follow-through or emotionally unavailable.
Monthly Pay
N200,000 - N250,000.
