We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Digital Brand & Communications Executive
We are looking for a proactive and digitally savvy professional to join our team as a Digital Brand & Communications Executive to manage and promote two of our exciting product lines: www.ims.ng — Event management, branding & souvenir services and www.travupadi.com — Curate travel experiences for travelers both locally and international.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Create and schedule engaging content across all social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Business WhatsApp, and relevant classified websites)
Build and grow followers and engagement for both IMS and Travupadi handles
Respond to messages, DMs, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
First Point of Contact:
Attend to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social platforms
Communicate effectively with local and international travel partners, clients, customers, and vendors.
Package Design & Coordination:
Design and promote unique travel packages for Travupadi
Coordinate with global travel partners to finalize offerings.
Client Engagement (IMS):
Respond to inquiries related to event management, planning, branded souvenirs and hamper
Share package options and customize offerings based on client needs.
Content Creation & Campaigns:
Assist in the development of digital marketing campaigns
Source and edit visuals, videos, and testimonials.
Administrative & Managerial Support:
Assist with any other related tasks as assigned by the line manager.
What We’re Looking For
Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1-2 years work experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Social media savvy with a good eye for design and digital trends
Experience with digital marketing, content planning, and community management
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools) is a plus
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Previous experience in travel, events, or branding will be an advantage.
