Job Title: Marketing and Growth Manager (EdTech & B2B SaaS)

The Marketing and Growth Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across our educational technology and business software platforms.
The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of growth marketing, customer psychology, and the ability to transform marketing strategies into measurable business results.
The role involves collaborating across teams to scale our products in the competitive EdTech and B2B SaaS markets.
Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across the entire customer funnel—from acquisition to onboarding to retention.
Design data-driven marketing campaigns that drive scalable user acquisition and revenue growth.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation: Manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including SEM, SEO, content marketing, and social media.
Build and optimize marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing sequences that convert prospects into customers.
Analytics & Performance Management: Dive into marketing and customer data to uncover trends that affect growth, retention, and churn.
Build and maintain dashboards that track key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and inform decisions across the company.
Campaign & Experiment Design: Design growth experiments and marketing campaigns to test hypotheses about improving customer acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to implement and optimize them.
Partnership & Channel Development: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with educational institutions and industry players.
Manage relationships with key channels and distribution partners to expand market reach.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Communicate growth insights in a clear, actionable way to enable strategic decision-making.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related roles with focus on EdTech or B2B SaaS.
Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Mixpanel, or similar platforms).
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes.
Experience creating and presenting growth reports to cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
Proven track record of turning marketing insights into measurable growth and revenue improvements.
Experience in B2B and B2C marketing with focus on customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex growth strategies clearly and persuasively.
Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and conversion optimization across EdTech and SaaS environments.
Ability to design and run marketing experiments that drive meaningful business growth.
Passion for understanding customer behavior in educational and business contexts, translating data into strategic marketing insights.
Salary
N200,000 Base per month.
