Seinde Signature is a world class fragrance retail company that specialises in niche fragrances. We were established as an enterprise in 2020 and turned into a LLC in 2023. The brand includes a fragrance EXPERIENCE STUDIO, the first of its kind in Nigeria and Africa, that offers a selection of the rarest and most sophisticated perfumes in the world and a retail chain called Salon de Parfum. We also sell our products to wholesale customers. Our priority is client satisfaction and our focus is NICHE fragrances, we are known to be a platform for creative and innovative fragrances.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Sales Executive

Job Summary

• As a Store Sales Executive, you will be the face of our luxury brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the elegance and exclusivity of our perfume collections.
• You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, fostering lasting client relationships, and upholding the aesthetic and service standards of a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers warmly, offering personalized assistance and expert product recommendations
• Develop a deep understanding of our fragrance lines, notes, ingredients, and the stories behind each scent
• Guide customers through the purchase journey with elegance, professionalism, and product confidence
• Maintain strong after-sales relationships through clienteling and follow-ups
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Ensure the store is immaculate and aligned with luxury merchandising standards
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and report discrepancies
• Participate in store events, promotions, and fragrance workshops as a brand ambassador
• Accurately handle POS transactions, returns, and packaging with attention to detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 2 years of experience in luxury retail, cosmetics, or fragrance sales.
• Knowledge of perfumery, scent composition, or skincare is an added advantage.
• Experience using POS systems and inventory tools.
• Must be a UNILAG or Babcock graduate.
